DIRECTIONS.
FRONT LINE FOUNDATIONS
Located at the Rockingham Health Center
Park in the front parking lot at the main entrance of the Health Center and come in through the automatic sliding doors. Walk through the waiting room and make a left past the "registration" windows (those are reception for other services co-located in our building). At the end of the hallway, turn left. You will approach another waiting room area. Turn right and you will see our sign above our glass door.

Go Through the Sliding Glass Doors.
Continue Through the Second Set of Doors .
Walk Through the Waiting Room and Turn Left Past the Reception Desk. (This is the Reception Desk for North Star Health, co-located at the Rockingham Health Center)
Turn Left at the Reception Desk and Continue Down the Hallway.
Turn Left at the End of the Hallway.
You Will See Another Waiting Room Ahead of You - Turn Right.
You Will See the Entrance to Our Office - A Glass Door at the End of the Hallway.
